Service Description
Live proctored DOT proficiency exam, only students who have completed online Written course with a passing score of 85% may register for this exam. Students are allowed to reschedule for the exam two times, after that full price for MOCK exam must be paid to proceed. After registration email link for virtual MEET will be sent. Please be prepared and join meeting 10 mins early. Go over scripts no guest or persons are allowed in testing area. If anyone interrupts while taking exam the DOT MOCK will be cancelled. single Mock exam is for NON HHA students, students who pay for full course will not pay for mock single exam. email link will be sent to all HHA students after Certificate of completion is given for the written course.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact admin@haughtonhealthacademy.com 48 hours before scheduled exam. students are allowed to reschedule two times, after that full price will be charged for exam. students who fail the Mock exam with error after two error free attempts, students will have to take Collections course again in order to sit for live exam and be certified under Dot Rule 49 CFR Part 40 Section 40.33.
